Shipping & Returns Information

DELIVERY

We aim to despatch orders on the working day they are received, resulting generally in next day delivery, however please allow up to 5 working days to allow for any delays beyond our control.  Delivery times may take longer if your delivery address is in a remote area of the UK or overseas.

SHOPPING CARTS

Shopping carts are automatically cancelled after 5 days if check-out is not completed.

Prices are calculated at check out.

EUROPEAN & OVERSEAS DELIVERY COSTS

We offer a variety of services, including Fedex, Royal Mail (surface mail small packets) & Royal Mail International signed for.  Prices are calculated at check out. Please note: Additional import charges and taxes may apply. For more information contact your tax and customs authority. 

RETURNS / CANCELLED GOODS

Goods no longer required can be returned to us at your expense within seven days of receipt, providing the products are unused and the packaging is unopened. A full refund will be issued (excluding carriage charge if ordered in error) providing goods are returned in a saleable condition. 

VAT

Prices display both excluding and including VAT, based on 20%. 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

In the event an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of the expected date of delivery, or to offer a full refund, should that be your choice.
